My Word is like a Hammer...

This is the personal website of Ron Hammer, former pastor, part time media critic and actor. I use it to share my thoughts on things that catch my attention. There is no grand theme. It's just what happens to be going on in my brain when I sit down to work on it.

Professionally I have been "retired" from pastoral ministry since April, 2007. I am now working for Persyst Development managing their website and doing technical support and product training. I am also currently serving as the President of two organizations: The Arizona Classical Theater (aka Arizona Shakespeare Festival) and the Prescott Film Festival. 

Our current count is five including 4 dogs and 1 desert tortoise. We recently said goodbye to our 16 year old cat (Sassy) and gave away Draco (ball python).  Since Debbie and I have been married we have had 8 dogs, 3 cats, 1 gecko, 1 desert tortoise, 1 snake, numerous fish and 2 birds through our home.
